2. Eligibility and Use of Website

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website, including but not limited to the brand name "Glowri," logos, "Glowri Guides" frameworks, journal designs, and social media content (specifically associated with @itsgcagain), is the intellectual property of the founder. 6. E-Commerce & Consumer Protection

Pricing: All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Shipping: Delivery timelines for the Abundance Journal and Cosmetics are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics.

Returns/Refunds: * Consultations: Once a 1:1 session is completed, fees are non-refundable.

Cosmetics: Due to the organic nature of our products, returns are only accepted if the product is damaged upon arrival.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the Companies Act, 2013 and general tort law, Glowri shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or the application of spiritual advice provided in consultations.

8. User-Generated Content

If you tag @itsgcagain or use Glowri-related hashtags, you grant us a non-exclusive license to re-share your content for marketing purposes across social media platforms.

9. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
