At Glowri, we strive to ensure your "Glow" reaches you in perfect condition. This policy outlines our procedures for shipping our physical products (Cosmetics & Abundance Journals) and the terms for exchanges.*
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or Public Holidays.
Estimated Delivery: * Metro Cities: 3–5 business days.
Rest of India: 5–10 business days.
Shipping Charges: We are offering Free Shipping on all orders currently.
Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to monitor your shipment in real-time.
In compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, we offer exchanges under the following conditions:
Damaged or Wrong Products: If you receive a damaged product or an item different from what you ordered, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at glowri@itsgcagain.in
Mandatory Unboxing Video: To process an exchange for damages, a clear, unedited unboxing video starting from the opening of the outer seal is mandatory.
Cosmetics & Hygiene: Due to the organic and personal nature of Glowri Cosmetics, we cannot accept exchanges or returns on opened or used products for hygiene reasons.
Stationery: The Abundance Journal can be exchanged if it has manufacturing defects (e.g., missing pages, misprints).
Glowri Guides (Consultations): As these are personalized digital services, they are non-refundable once the session has commenced or the guide has been delivered.
Digital Downloads: Any digital journals or PDF guides are "Final Sale" and not eligible for return or exchange.
Sale Items: Items purchased during a clearance sale are not eligible for exchange unless they arrive damaged.
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placement, provided it has not been dispatched.
Under DPDP Rules 2025, once a cancellation is processed, any specific transaction-related data will be archived or deleted as per our retention policy.
If an exchange is not possible due to stock unavailability, a refund will be initiated.
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned product passes our quality check.
