Glowri, an unregistered brand (sole proprietorship) based in New Delhi, India, acts as the "Data Fiduciary" for the information you provide through our website and Instagram (@itsgcagain).

Under the DPDP Rules 2025, we only collect data that is necessary for the specified purpose:

• Identity Data: Name and gender (for personalizing Glowri Guides and consultations).

• Contact Data: Email address, phone number, and shipping address (for delivery of Cosmetics and Abundance Journals).

• Sensitive Personal Data: With your explicit consent, we may process information related to your spiritual or psychological well-being shared during 1:1 sessions.

• Technical Data: IP address and browser type (for website optimization under the IT Act, 2000).

3. Purpose of Data Processing

Your data is processed only for:

1. Fulfillment of Orders: To ship journals and cosmetic products.

2. Service Delivery: To conduct and record personalized consultations (Glowri Guides).

3. Marketing: Only with your explicit opt-in, to send newsletters or updates on new spiritual rituals or products.

4. Legal Compliance: To maintain records required under Indian tax and consumer laws.

4. Your Rights as a "Data Principal"

As per the DPDP Act, you have the following rights:

• Right to Correction/Erasure: You may ask us to update inaccurate data or delete data that is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected.

• Localization: Your digital data is stored on secure servers located within India.

• Retention Period: We retain your data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes mentioned. For example, order data is kept for 7 years as per Indian tax laws, while consultation notes are deleted after 2 years of inactivity.

We do not sell your data. We share information only with trusted Data Processors:

• Logistics Partners: For shipping your Abundance Journal.

• Payment Gateways: To process secure transactions (we do not store your credit card/UPI details).

• Cloud Services: For hosting our website and scheduling tools.

In accordance with Section 43A of the IT Act, we implement reasonable security practices, including encryption and restricted access controls, to prevent unauthorized access or data breaches.

8. Children’s Privacy

Glowri does not intentionally process the data of individuals under the age of 18 without verifiable parental consent. We do not engage in behavioral monitoring or targeted advertising directed at children.
